Fauquier BPW is a worthwhile endeavor that has far reaching impact in our daily lives on a
local, regional, state, and national level. As a matter of fact, BPW is the most
powerful organization in the United States for working women since its conception
in 1919. BPW provides extraordinary networking opportunities, resources, career
positioning, educational programs, and visibility for its members within the
community and nationwide.
The Membership Committee needs enthusiastic volunteers
to spread the benefits of BPW, while assisting the 2nd Vice President in
developing new and innovative ideas for Fauquier BPW. Committee members also make
telephone calls to prospective new members and/or greet and introduce them to
other BPW members at meetings or social gatherings. Members also help prepare
membership packets or other tasks deemed necessary to promote our organization.
